Semi-Regionals 2/4

Today, the focus of the team was to advance to regionals either by winning one of the 3 levels of the inspire award or by being on the winning alliance. At the beginning of the day, our judging presentation was successful and we were confident that we had a chance at receiving an inspire award. However, being on the winning alliance was quickly eliminated as an option because of our robot suddenly experiencing frequent breakdowns (wire issues, wifi issues, etc), though these were fixed towards the end of the day. At the end of the day, we did not advance to regionals because we were unable to join the winning alliance and we did not win any inspire awards (somewhat surprisingly). After this meet, however, we still have opportunities to join rookie/UIL tournaments and to raise funds for next year.
